What to expect in a session...
The session starts with a short medical history questionnaire to find out more about past and present injuries, emotional traumas and what your expectations from the session are.
Remaining fully clothed but with shoes off, you then lie down on your back on the massage table. As I gently move around the table putting my hands on your feet, under your spine, sacrum, cranium or wherever your system needs it, you will experience a still, restful and peaceful treatment.
It is not unusual for clients to experience entirely new levels of relaxation and relief, leading to change and improvement in the quality of life.
During a session you might have releases in the form of tears, laughter, or the need to speak. All these are completely fine and normal. You also might fall asleep and that is fine too.
Craniosacral Therapy is a complementary therapy and not intended as primary healthcare but to work alongside the relationship you have with your doctor.

Treatments to be paid online in advance or cash on the day (by prior arrangement).
Cancellations
Cancellations: 24 hours notice is required in the event of a cancellation.
Missed appointments or late cancellations incur a charge of the full treatment session fee.
